Thirroul seems to be inundated with estate agents now.
Last year there were Dougmal, Bevans, Ray White, Rutty, R&W and last and least Dignam.
Now Dougmal has re-branded as Wiseberry Seacliff, Seaside Property has started up and Dougmal-Harcourts has moved in next to Wiseberry, which might confuse some.
To clarify the last point, the people at Wiseberry are the same ( with a some new additions ) as they were when it was Dougmal and still do an outstanding job. The people who now call themselves Dougmal-Harcourts Thirroul ( Harcourts being the NZ outfit that took over Dougmal) are new to the area and have blown in from Woonona.
Rumour has it that McGrath might start up an office too, as some ex Bevans Thirroul people joined the McGrath Wollongong office and might be looking to move back under the new flag. The rumour mill also has it that Raine & Horne wouldn't mind an office in Thirroul too, just to complete the set.
